1. We currently ship domestically to all regions in Ghana.
We offer the following shipping methods:
a. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 business days. Shipping fees apply based on the destination of the order.
b. Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 24 hours.
b. Free Shipping: Available on orders over GHS 20,000 for domestic shipments.

2. Order Processing Time
a. Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
b. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
c. You will receive a confirmation SMS once your order is shipped, including a tracking link.

3. Tracking Your Order
a. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link. You can track your order using the tracking link provided or directly through https://market.linksengineering.net/track.
b. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
a. If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team.
b. For lost shipments, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.

5. Damaged Items
a. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged product and packaging and contact us within 3 days of receiving the package.
b. We will arrange a replacement or refund for damaged items.
