1. Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
a. In its original condition (unused and in the same condition as when you received it).
b. In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
c. Accompanied by the proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

2. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
a. Opened or used software, games, or digital content.
b. Gift cards or store credit vouchers.
c. Earbuds, headphones, and personal hygiene items (if the packaging is opened).
d. Customized or personalized products.

3. Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label if applicable.
If you prefer, you can return the product in-store at Kasoa opposite Jucad Pharmacy

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products.

5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or exchange.

6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, incorrect order), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

7. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes that may apply.
